1. 1 Shrink wrapping method

   After covering the product with shrink film, heating the film with the RIPACK3000 shrink hand gas burner causes it to shrink completely, ensuring a tight seal over the entire product.
   Using high-powered LP gas as a heat source, the process is quick and easy.
   Furthermore, its convenient hand-held gas type allows for use in various locations, including outdoors.

   

2. 2 This method provides both cargo collapse prevention and surface protection at the same time.

   It offers high cargo collapse prevention for all types of cargo, from mixed shipments of varying sizes to irregularly shaped and heavy items. It
   also provides surface protection during transport, and prevents soiling and theft during storage.

   

3. 3 High safety performance

   Cooling nozzle (patented technology):
   The nozzle does not become hot during combustion, eliminating the risk of burns.
   
   Automatic gas shut-off function:
   Automatically shuts off the gas supply in case of gas leaks due to hose damage, etc.

   

4. 4 Selection of shrink film (transparent poly shrink film)

   Can accommodate 1,100m square products, and as it is a roll, the length direction is flexible.

   Folded diameter 1,240/2,400mm, Thickness 0.15mm, Bottom gusset 580mm x Length 1,500mm or 1,800mm.
   When the bag is unfolded, it can be used to cover packages placed on a 1,100mm square logistics pallet.

   Width 2,000mm (single-sided opening), Thickness 0.15mm,
   Length 30M roll. A 4,000mm wide sheet is folded in half to make a roll.

5. 5 Rust-proof film compatible

   Volatile corrosion-preventive shrink film is an ideal rust prevention product for the long-term storage of molds and various metal parts.
   Combining shrink packaging with rust prevention, it blocks external dirt and moisture while filling the film with volatile corrosion-preventive components, forming a rust-preventive layer on the metal surface. It
   is multi-metal compatible, effective on multiple metals including iron, aluminum, copper, and brass, and can suppress rust formation during transportation and storage in warehouses.
